We deliver worldwide. Free delivery is available for purchases over $300 CAD.

Citron Jaune undertakes to deliver your order within a maximum of thirty (30) days.

During Sales and Private Sales, the preparation time may be extended by up to 5 days due to the high volume of orders.

Citron Jaune outsources the delivery service to third-party carriers. To help you choose the most appropriate carrier, we provide their delivery times for information purposes:

We typically require 1 to 2 working days to prepare your order, followed by the delivery times. 

 

SALES, PRIVATE SALES, AND ARCHIVE SALES

During Sales and Private Sales, the preparation time may be extended by up to 5 days due to the high volume of orders.

Any item purchased during a sale or Private Sales event is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be specified during the checkout process.

Shipping costs are applied as follows:

Standard delivery :

Goods for Americas ( Canada, U.S.A, South America) are prepared and shipped from Canada. 

3 days for Canada and 7 to 10 days for the rest of the world.

The cost of shipping may vary according to the size of your order ( big bag) - This cost are given as FYI and refer to an envelope that contains 2 to 4 clothes.

Specific costs will be given at the checkout. Standard delivery no signature.

  • Albania, Bosnia, Israel, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Africa, China, South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Maghreb: $34.00
    If your country of delivery is located outside Canada, your package may be subject to customs duties, import duties, or various taxes in force in your country of residence, which are not included in the final amount of your order. It may result in the payment of additional charges and taxes, which will be communicated to you either by customs directly or at the time of receipt of the parcel. Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Citron Jaune cannot be held responsible for these expenses,  it is your responsibility to pay these charges to receive your order. We encourage you to consult your country's customs office to estimate the costs.

    EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

    Citron Jaune prioritizes customer satisfaction. Therefore, we strive to handle your requests for exchanges and refunds as promptly and flexibly as possible.

    In accordance with Canadian consumer laws, you have the right to cancel your order within a cooling-off period of 30 days without providing any reason. This cooling-off period begins on the day you physically receive the ordered items. In the case of multiple items ordered, the cooling-off period begins on the day you receive the last item.

    After the cooling-off period, delivered items are deemed to be accepted and compliant. Citron Jaune reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund after this period.

    All returned items must be unworn and have our label attached. 

    Prior to any return and to exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us via our Make a Return or Refund form and indicate your order number with your order number in the comment section with your choice: "exchange" or "refund". Failure to contact us before returning the item may result in the refusal of the refund.

     

    Returns from Canada are free :

    Upon contacting us, Citron Jaune will provide you with a prepaid return voucher to be used for returning the item(s). Alternatively, you may choose another carrier, but you will be responsible for any price difference in shipping and ensuring the safe return of the product (please note that specific Terms and Conditions apply during Sales and Private Sale).

    Returns from other countries:

    After contacting us to confirm the return, you can mail the unwanted item(s) to the following address:

    You will be responsible for the costs of shipping and ensuring the safe return of the product, so we advise you to use registered mail.

    Customs duties for both delivery and returns are at the customer's charge.

    REFUND

    Upon receiving and examining your package, we will proceed to reimburse the returned item by crediting your original payment method (credit card account, PayPal account, or gift card). Shipping costs will not be refunded for customer outside Canada (please note that specific Terms and Conditions apply during Sales and Private Sale).

     

    In the event of a product being unavailable after confirmation of your order, Citron Jaune will reimburse the item concerned as soon as possible through your original payment method (crediting the account related to your credit card, PayPal account, or gift card).

    EXCHANGE 

    Upon receiving and examining your package, we will proceed to reimburse the returned item by crediting your original payment method (credit card account, PayPal account, or gift card). Shipping costs will not be refunded for customer outside Canada (please note that specific Terms and Conditions apply during Sales and Private Sale).

    If you wish to exchange the item(s) for another color, style, or size, you can place a new order directly from the website without waiting for the refund process to be completed.

    We do not store your credit card information after payment.
